Sunshine between Showers
On my walk -
Crocus
Dog watching over his yard
Spring flowers - returning every year
A hidden patch of pink
Early spring treasures
Monday morning started out with -1 C, frosted windows and roofs. Scraping windows, heating car, driving DGS to school and ... since the clocks moved ahead and DGS didn't change his alarm clock ... not the smoothest of mornings.
Did get lots of walking in waiting as DGS and friends shot hoops after school.
Win-win for both of us
Tuesday morning - did walk while waiting for school to be over. Drizzly rain day, no frosted windows.
Wednesday morning - DGS felt unwell so he stayed in bed all day, flat out, sipping water, reading, resting, napping. I went grocery shopping so I did do some walking.
Thursday morning - DGS still not feeling well so he stayed in bed, read, drank water, rested.
Lots of noise and excitement - work/stuff happening on the street this morning - I am guessing its about drainage. Started work at 8 am - and the flaggers were setting up at 7 am.
Thank you for visiting today

I envy you all the flowers! I have one hardy little patch of crocus, and primroses never over-winter for me so I gave up on them. Such beauty all around you. I hope the DGS is feeling better.

ReplyDeleteHello, love the pretty spring blooms. Beautiful photos and mosaic! Stay safe and healthy, calm and happy. Enjoy your day, have a great new week!
ReplyDeleteCrocus have always been a favorite. Spring is here and so is the rain, non stop everyday. But at least it is keeping the pollen at bay.

Joy - those are bright and cheery spring flowers; I especially like the one with several varieties of crocus. Thanks for taking the time to link to Mosaic Monday. I am praying that our daily and weekly routines will help us stay sane during these difficult times.
