Below is a mix of thrifted, garage sale and Estate sale finds that are from the very tail end of 2015.
The grouping below is all thrifted. The sponge decorated teapot is English, but not Sadler.
This vintage wicker trunk below is currently sitting on the base of a large trolley. I love the details of the hinges and handles. Inside there are small supports (corners) and I think they could have been for a light shelf. Church sale find.
Always love finding a tool box filled with rusty tools. The tool box and tools (only a few are shown) have been cleaned/protected with hemp oil. Garage sale find.
Loved this late in December garage sale. The young woman hosting had rented the Common Room in her complex and filled it with her useful plus pretty possessions. Inside shopping is always a bonus.
Otagiri tealight holders and a small heart dish - small enough to fit into the palm of my hand. Estate Sale finds.
Dartmouth brown jug and Queen Elizabeth Corination dish plus a battery operated National Lantern, an Aynsley New Brunswick Tartan plate, a x small jug and carved elephant, quail and hear/see/say monkeys plus a resin terrier. Estate sale finds.
Posy holder, an incense (Japan) container and an incised pottery bowl. Estate sale finds.
Bright and lovely glass vases and a frog with a lip. Estate sale finds.
Estate sale finds (very late December). Loved the dresser set, no marks but most likely they are silver plate. The engraved initials are AB. The small milk jug/creamer and the thumb hold candle holder are lovely vintage finds too.
Starting my first 2016 post with very late 2015 December finds.
Everything above (except that lovely incised pottery bowl which I kept and the rusty bells/chime which is going outside the back door) have been taken to my booths.
For those who are regular readers of my blog you know that I have several booths at Village Antiques Mall in Fort Langley (BC, Canada).
You also know I love collecting, making signs, repurposing wooden items (and junk items too) and sharing what I have found and fixed both on my blog with before and after, tutorials, photos and sometimes a bit of personal details.
I enjoy joining in with so many great link up parties, reading comments and commenting on many blogs I visit.
As you do also, I have made many blogging friendships, developed over the years. I keep several blog lists on my blog so I can quickly visit your posts.
Hugs to you all as 2016 begins.
Thanks for visiting.

Happy New Year, Joy! Stopping by from Kammy's party. You'll have to check out Scavenger Chic's link -- she took an old tool box like yours and turned it into a coffee table! Love all your new treasures. Cynthia
