I had picked up (free box) a piece of cutting board and stepped on it later (by accident) and it turned into two great pieces of wood.
Time to try out the Coffee stencil. Same process as my first try here. I sanded the board lightly to remove bumps etc.
I used a sample pot of black acrylic paint (thrifted), a bit of masking tape to keep the stencil in place, a stencil brush from Michaels and when everything was dry, I brushed hemp oil on the new sign.
I had a rings burnt on (free) cutting board and tried out the coffee cup, COFFEE and BREWERS.
Same sequence as above, tape stencil in place (tape over words I don't want to use), stipple the paint on the words/cup, carefully and quickly lift and remove the stencil, let dry and seal with hemp oil. Clean the stencil and sponge asap.
Morning cuppa (and shreddies for DGS). Finished.
