Guest Writer Peaches

Haven't shared my favorite activity with you before and since Joy is busy I thought you might like to see my latest project.
It has been more than a year since the last good dig. Just to remind you, my name is Peaches and digging for moles is one of my sidelines.
I put great energy and attention into my self appointed task. Sadly I always find that my great digging projects disappear when I go back to my Mom's home.
No moles were found this time.

A big hello to Brenda@Cozy Little Houses Charlie Ross and Abigail Rose and Claudia@Mockingbird Hills pal Scout and hello to Judy's@20NorthOras Bella too. Oh yes, Rob@IslandRustics Buddy and Taz and Zoey from Lorraine@We Are Clamco. Saying goodbye to Gail@ThisGreenLifes Kitty who passed away last week.

Thanks for the visit.
(ps Joy will be back soon)

  1. Dear Peaches
I love your energetic work - wish I could find moles with just my paws and my nose. Sadly, your cousin Kitty died a week ago, but she came back as squirrel (her arch enemy!) to say a final goodbye to me the morning she left us.
Good luck hunting, and don't ruin Joy's azaleas, okay?

  2. Hi Peaches! My name is Bella and I live at 20 North Ora! I don't hunt moles but I do chase rabbits. The parent rabbits just keep having babies and they live underneath my Mom's storage building. They just taunt and tease me. They just don't realize that this my yard. I really have to work hard to keep them out of the yard! Tiring work but someone has to do it.

Have a good day and don't overdo!

  3. Hi Peaches, My name is Zoey and I'm a 4 month old hound mix. I like the holes you dig. Looks like fun. I like to eat dirt because there's all kinds of yummy things in it like ants and tree roots I can chew on. For some reason, my mom gets mad at me when she catches me at it.

  4. Hey Peaches! We are Kosh and Chiquito the kitties at the Eddie-torial Comments blog. We don't know much at all about dogs, so we enjoyed seeing how much fun you have digging holes. A lot of things that we put a lot of work into around here disappear as soon as we leave the room. We don't know how this happens either.

  5. Ha! How funny, love this post! He sure is industrious.

  6. Scout and Willie here from Distressed Donna. We are a team when it comes to hunting down the dreaded voles (we don't mess with moles!) and the lightning fast lizards. Willie sniffs them out while Scout digs to China and back to capture them. Makes Donna truly distressed. And we have eaten over one hundred ginger lily roots in the last year. We are proud of our achievements.

  7. Peaches, You are such a good digger I wish you could come do some digging for me! We need a little back yard excavation and I could pay you in kibbles.
PS from the Three Little Kittens - We iz afraid of Outside but enjoy digging in the Food Lady's plants. We haz no moles but they sound tasty. We had a mousey but the Food Lady made Shredder spit it out. It waz only wet not ated.

  8. Peaches, I have two friends at my house who would love to join in the fun! Pinned. Thanks for being a part of our party. We love having you! Please stop by tonight at 7 pm and party with us!
    Happy Monday! Lou Lou Girls
