Spring is not just around the corner. A bit of bright yellow to glance at during the day helps when the skies are grey, the rain is generous and the temperature is winter jacket and gloves cold.
Following along with so many other bloggers I shop my home when making vignettes.
Narcissus are from Lee's in Fort Langley. I love the old bottles, a wonderful find a year ago from a vintage gentleman bottle collector. My heron bowl shows up in many earlier vignettes, its a handy size for a potted plant.
Simple Pleasures.
Thank you for visiting.
I will be posted again Thursday at 7:00 am

I LOVE Spring. It is one of my favorite seasons. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteVery nice vignette!
ReplyDeleteThose little daffodils are so cheering!
ReplyDeleteAdore your old bottles too. I often wonder if anyone has any success nowadays digging them up or have the all been had?
a spot of color always helps!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful vignettes Joy...old bottles are a bit of a passion for me too!!
ReplyDeleteA pot of narcissus will certainly help us get to spring.
ReplyDeleteI love shopping from my own home! Love your old bottles, too!! I have a few and always wonder where they have been and what they were used for. It's a warm day here in Texas......in the 70's and we worked in the flower bed for hours! What a difference in the weather from way there to way down here!
ReplyDeleteHi Joy,
ReplyDeleteI like your spot of Spring in the winter. Thanks for sharing.
Happy Blue Monday!
We all need some spring around this time! :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful yellow flowers and a lovely vignette, it put a smile on my face.
ReplyDeletePretty and it does make me think of spring! Happy Blue Monday :)
ReplyDeleteThe stores are trying to brainwash us into thinking it is spring - I bought Daffodils today lol :)
ReplyDeleteHi Joy,
ReplyDeleteI love your spring vignettes and those pretty daffodils. They cheer up the winter months.
Your pretty daffodils really make me think it is Spring. I am ready, but not liking the Cedar pollen which is so heavy right now. It will go away soon. Old bottles are so interesting ... and everything makes a very pretty vignette. Thanks for sharing.

I never met an old bottle I didn't like! Bringing a little spring inside is the perfect way to beat the January blahs.
ReplyDeleteThe picture of the old bottles look great.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great collection of old bottles. Beautiful blooms, makes me long for Spring.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for sharing at AMAZE ME MONDAY...

I do love springtime, Joy, and your flowers really send a springtime message. Great collection of bottles too. It's always a pleasure to have you join me at my HOME. Enjoy the rest of your week.

Love you flowers and that collection of bottles looks amazing.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely beautiful! I love the color! I've got paper whites to force in glass containers and plan to start them this week. Very fun to watch them grow, especially for my sweet grand girls.
ReplyDeleteBlessings, Edie Marie
It is always nice seeing the first blooms of spring.
ReplyDeleteLove your "bit of Spring" in Winter. Yellow is one of my favorite colors.
ReplyDeleteLovely vignette, Joy - I too love old bottles - it is wonderful to have a little bit of spring in the midst of winter! I do appreciate you sharing with A Return to Loveliness,
