Finally, a local flea market in early March. Not very large but enough so that there were some pretties to buy. The following week there were a couple of local garage sales. Thrifted shopping season is stirring.
Mid Century Amethyst Swirl Glass Bowl
Heavy Ship Copper over cast iron bookends.
I am always looking for cloche glass and a cheese keeper works for me.
A little bit of kitchen - vintage egg beater with good action and a crock.
Silver with black diamond earrings
Silver with feather motif necklace
Can you believe this wide carriage Underwood? (no it does not work, has great potential for photo shoots though).

ReplyDeletegreat stuff Joy. Love the typewriter. I saw one in red and that is what I am looking for. The cheese cloches are so much fun to use because they don't take up so much storage room. Thanks for sharing your treasures.

You have some pretty things; I like the glass bowl and jewelry. The beater looks like one my mom had when I was very young. I seem to recall using it for whipping cream!
