Grape Vine Wreath Abundance

In August a local church had an large donation of household goods from an estate so they held an extra Thrift Sale. Grape vine wreaths stacked, couldn't resist, had no idea what I would use them for.

They were fairly skinny. A couple of weeks later I found a 'Harvest' tin sign.

Saturday morning I found ghosts, a spider web, a scarecrow, a wooden angel and a tin hummingbird.

Supplies used: hemp string, scissors and the wreaths and 'the finds'. I began tweaking.

I made them for (mostly) Halloween decorations and took them to my booths Sunday morning. Did the wreaths very simply, tied the decoration on with hemp string.

Quick, fun, cheerful. My favorites are below, a tin hummingbird and a wooden angel.

I am sharing this post with Brenda at Cozy Little Home on her Tweak it Tuesday, Debbie Doo's Newbie Graduate Party, Angie at Knick of Time, The Farmhouse Porch. This was a somewhat unexpected project, lots of fun, and everything can be reused just by cutting the hemp string.
