An original settlers wagon wheel
- only the metal remains -
25 years of rain and snow and insects
removed the inner wooden wheel
and all that remains is the metal.
The second frame is a wagon wheel at
Village Antiques Mall, more complete.
and now a few peeks at
Vintage Green 1 at Village Antiques Mall
Oh!!! I love your displays! always so much to see! My FAVORITE thing in this post is the Cocker Spaniel! I have the exact little music box there in the last pic between the plates. You certainly have a good eye for grouping! Eye Candy! Eye Candy!!
ReplyDeleteI would have guessed a wagon wheel or wooden barrel retainer (?). I find them around here now and then but this was bootlegging country in the day:)
ReplyDeleteThanks for joining my blog. I look forward to following you.

G'morn, Joy ~ Visiting via Nancy (the vintage barn). What lovely treasures to behold. Wish I were in that shop, for sure.
ReplyDeleteWould you be so kind to (& tell your friends) comment on my BLOG ONLY (emails don't count), for the Miracle Makeover fund drive. Charlie, 8 yr. old, & his story are fabulous. Every comment brings us a $1 for the next person that will be sponsored.
