Over the years I've collected quite a few cake and cookie servers that have metal handles including some tiered. Royal Winton has been a favorite, especially pink.

I've also found several single plates or dishes with either a metal handle (attached with a flat screw in the base) or a metal footed server or an 'all in one' china dish footed server.
