2015 Painted Projects

Some of my projects this year were house related - repairing the back deck stairs and railing tops, repainting the front steps and replacing the railing tops, adapting portions of a desk to provide additional kitchen storage as well as enlarging a counter top surface.

January 11th Update and Paint

February 3rd a Grain Striped Heart

February 12th a small side table was painted.

February 26th included repainting a stool (mixed in with some major clean up and re-doing a room).

April 2nd Piano Stool was rebuilt and refinished.

April 5th two vintage chairs were given a new look.

and a stool and chair were given some turquoise and faux grain stripes

May 3rd Vintage Wooden Medicine Cabinet had some needed repairs.

June 4th Painting Before and After

July 2nd Buffet

July 5th Reviving a Stool

July 12th Chalkboard Painted Tray

September 3rd repainted 2 small children's chairs and a stool.

October 8th a small stool was painted to look much older.

I also painted a child's table white but didn't post about that project. I painted the addition of part of a desk that was added to the kitchen.

The number of painted small furniture and other small painted projects came to 24, fewer than previous years  but I did find them very satisfying.

  13. It amazes me how just adding a stripe or two can make such a difference on a piece of furniture. And, I love the BINGO stencil. I have been debating on buying that stencil.
