Projects Finished With Hemp Oil

Welcome back to Thriftasarus. This is a NEW Sunday Link Up for Thrifted Finds. Drop over and give him a Welcome Back to Blogging.

I know I post about hemp oil frequently.
I find it is a good refresher for wood, metal and leather.

I have been doing a bit of cleaning/perking up wood and leather with hemp oil in the last while. I used it on the piece of counter top DH found at a garage sale last month. This project is not yet finished but we are getting closer.

I found a rolling pin neatly cut in half lengthwise. Vintage. Knob handled. Hardwood. Wiped it down with Hemp Oil, dried out look gone.

A bread board with an added stencil and a blue loop for hanging was also given the hemp oil finish.

Another find on our play-cation was a two sided tooled leather purse, reversible. Cleaned it with hemp oil.

Details from the tooled leather purse

Used hemp oil to revive a washboard earlier this year.

I did go to one church/rummage/flea on Saturday and found some small treasures to share later this month on my next Thrifted Finds. Autumn sunshine, autumn colour. Appreciated.

Thank you for visiting today.
