Hammersley Coronation Mug and Garden Flowers

Today's post - celebrating flowers.

The 1953 Coronation Mug for Queen Elizabeth II made by Hammersley
is a beautiful Royalty Collectible.

With careful cropping, here are the flowers in my yard (I did include dandelions).
The oriental poppies are just about ready as are the peonies, my two favorites.
It has been a wet long spring with only a few days of sunshine
so the garden is slow to show the glory of flowers.
Reality is lots of dandelions and weeds taking up most of the flower garden space.

and here are the poppies
